Bridge inspections account for a large percentage of the jobs that our modular pontoon system is used for and recent weeks have been no different.
Harry and Chris have been in East Anglia this week undertaking inspections on a series of bridges on and around the Norfolk broads. Armed with 16 square metres of pontoon, combisafe edge protection, a 6HP suzuki outbard motor as well as a mobile scaffold tower, we were able to assist Jacobs whilst they inspected a number of bridges over a period of 4 days.
Our pontoon system allows for quick setup and safe easy access whilst working on water and in our opinion the benfits of the pontoons far exceed using a boat or barge, particuarly where access at height is needed.
All crews working on bridge inspections carry CSCS cards, RYA skipper qualifications and PASMA scaffolding tickets providing you with the confidence you’re in safe hands.
