Whilst the majority of the country were eating, drinking and street partying the weekend away, Harry one of our in house crew leaders was busy working alongside one of our pontoons at Reading Water Fest.
The river fest, a mix of live entertainment, children’s activities and refreshments, water activities, narrow boats, craft and charity stalls took place on the bank of the River Kennet in the grounds of Reading Abbey Ruins. Our pontoon, a 6x4m configuration was utilised as a floating stage for bands and artists to perform throughout the day.
Harry’s part in the festivities was manning a smaller 3×2 metre raft which was used to ferry performers back and forward from the riverbank to the stage which was anchored in the river.
Its great being back doing events again, we love the variety and of uses and the challenge of meeting clients requirements, take a look at our events section on our website for what else we can do.
