Its that time of year again, where the UK summer (I use that word loosely this year) events season is in full swing and we’ve been doing our bit here at Floating Pontoon Hire providing pontoons for a variety of uses for different events up and down the country, here’s just 2 of the most recent ones with some photos.
Thames Traditional Boat Festival
Just this weekend gone we had over 650 square metres in Henley at The Thames Traditional Boat Festival, providing 28 finger pontoons for vessels to moor alongside for the duration of the festival. It’s an event we’ve had the pleasure of being involved in for a long time and one we look forward to each year.
Wedding reception pontoon
In Kent last week we had this incredibly impressive timber decked pontoon, which was installed for a wedding reception. Almost seems a shame to dismantle something this impressive after only one weekend.
