We’re delighted to welcome Callum Norman and Jack Whiteley to the Floating Pontoon Hire full-time operations team. Both Callum and Jack have worked with FPH for some time as part of our freelance crew, supporting a wide range of projects across the UK and consistently demonstrating the skills, reliability and attitude we look for in our operational teams.
Working alongside Damian, Chris and Ash, Callum and Jack will help head up our installation teams, taking a leading role in the delivery of pontoon installs nationwide. Since starting their full-time roles on 1st February, both have already completed their SSSTS qualifications and are booked in for PASMA training, further strengthening our site leadership and safety capability across projects.
As Floating Pontoon Hire continues to grow, investing in training and development remains a key priority. Building a stable, well-qualified in-house operations team allows us to improve continuity, maintain high safety standards and continue delivering reliable pontoon solutions for clients nationwide.
